A clear plan for each property.

Tell us about your entrances, stairs, landings, shared corridors and other communal spaces. We agree the surfaces, tasks and visit frequency so the cleaning scope is clear.

For property managers, managing agents, landlords and residential blocks, we discuss access instructions, keys, site contacts and how cleaning concerns should be reported. We’ll put the cleaning plan and price in writing.

Helpful details

Before we begin.

What do you need for a quotation?

Send the property postcode, number of floors or blocks, shared facilities, preferred frequency and any specification. Photographs and a site discussion help us assess the work.

Can you cover several properties?

Yes. We plan cleaning for individual buildings and portfolios across London. Each property has its own tasks and visit schedule, brought together through one company contact.

Can you help with other work around the property?

You can bring the wider requirements to us too. We can explore help through our sister companies and local connections for work beyond the regular clean. We’ll confirm the available options, responsibilities and pricing with you, keeping the arrangements clear and easier to manage.

One conversation for your buildings.

Entrances, stairs, corridors and shared facilities all shape how residents experience a building. We bring those areas into a practical cleaning plan, with regular visits and periodic detail work organised around each property.

For a portfolio, we look at the addresses and schedules together. You have a clear route to OC for updates, feedback and changes as the needs of your buildings evolve.

Working with OC Cleaning

Your buildings.
Our approach.

Clear responsibilities, a practical cleaning plan and someone you can speak to. Here is how we approach cleaning for managing agents, landlords and residential blocks.

How do you plan a reliable cleaning service?

We agree the work, visit frequency, access arrangements and cleaner-hours before the service starts. Each building has its own requirements: a busy entrance, several flights of stairs and shared facilities need enough time in the schedule to be cleaned properly.

OC takes responsibility for organising the cleaning service. The staffing and cover arrangements form part of the contract planning, alongside access and the regular schedule, giving you a clear company contact for any changes.

How do you keep the cleaning focused on what matters?

We turn your priorities into an agreed cleaning specification. It identifies the areas and tasks for each visit, with less frequent work listed separately. That gives both you and the cleaners a clear reference for what needs to be done.

We take feedback directly by email, phone or your agreed contact channel. If residents regularly raise a concern about an entrance, staircase or shared area, we review it against the specification with you and agree what needs attention.

What happens if we are unhappy with a clean?

Contact OC directly and tell us which building, visit and area need attention. Our company director oversees quality concerns, with OC as your point of contact throughout.

We review the concern against the agreed work, identify what needs attention and agree the action with you. Our director oversees quality concerns, so the issue stays with the company rather than leaving you to resolve it with an individual cleaner.

Can you clean several buildings across London?

Yes—we welcome enquiries for individual buildings and portfolios across London. We assess each address, cleaning specification and access window together, then confirm staffing and a workable schedule before agreeing the service.

You can bring the portfolio to OC in one conversation. We put the plan and quotation in writing, with a clear scope and schedule for each property.

Are you insured, and can you support procurement?

Yes, OC Cleaning is insured. We work through your procurement requirements before appointment, including the insurance information, site access, key arrangements, safety information and induction required for your premises.

Send your required insurance types and limits with the brief. We will confirm the documentation available for your review before you commit, so your appointment decision is based on the relevant cover and the work proposed.

What will our quotation include?

Your written quotation sets out the cleaning scope, visit frequency, agreed cleaner-hours, price and applicable terms. Routine visits and separately priced work are distinguished, so you can see what you are paying for.

We normally work with your cleaning products and can include supply in the quotation where needed. The price makes those arrangements clear. No VAT is charged.
