Email info@occlean.co.uk with your name, property postcode and booking reference where available. Tell us which visit you mean and the change you need. A requested change is not confirmed until we have agreed it with you.
Invoices and payments
Reply to your invoice email if you need a copy or have a question. Use the payment instructions on the verified invoice. If you receive unexpected changed bank details, call us on 020 7101 3810 to check before paying.
Cleaning concerns
Contact us with the job details and affected areas. For end-of-tenancy cleaning, report omissions within the agreed scope within 24 hours. See the end-of-tenancy service information for the return-visit approach.
