The agreed tasks, frequency and total cleaner-hours, together with any products, equipment and special requirements. The quote sets out the options and applicable terms.
Can you work with a facilities specification?
Yes. We use your facilities specification to build the cleaning schedule and quotation, covering routine tasks, periodic work, access and site requirements. You receive a clear proposal for the work, staffing and cleaner-hours before the service begins.
Who supplies products and equipment?
We normally work with your cleaning products and can include product supply where needed. Your quotation sets out the arrangements for equipment and consumables too, so responsibilities are clear from the first visit.
