Should the builders finish before cleaning?
Ideally, arrange the clean once the dusty work is finished. If trades are still on site, we’ll help you work out the timing.
Can you remove paint or adhesive?
We can assess paint splashes and adhesive residue as part of planning your after-build clean. A few photographs help us identify the surface and choose a suitable approach. We’ll explain what can be safely treated and include the agreed work in your quote, with care for your newly finished surfaces.
Is the price hourly or fixed?
After-build cleaning is individually quoted around the size of the property, dust and residue, finishes and work required. Your quotation confirms the price and included tasks before you book.
