Send the details that affect the work
Include bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing status and the present condition. Mention heavy build-up, property damage and any areas that may be difficult to access. Photographs can help explain the request, but avoid showing people, documents or other private information.

Coordinate the move and the clean
Where practical, arrange the clean after belongings have been removed and before the final inspection.
