Agree how the cleaner will enter, who will be present and what should happen when the visit ends. Share entry codes or key arrangements directly through the agreed contact route, rather than in social comments. Mention pets, parking restrictions and any rooms that should remain closed.
Make the agreed areas accessible
Put away valuables, confidential papers and loose items where practical. If you need help with tidying, let us know so we can allow time for it. You do not need to clean before the cleaner arrives.
